I will provide to you an unbiased, thorough, professional report explaining the condition of the building. My easy to understand report will inform you of what I find during the inspection in regard to the various components of the building, as well as some suggestions concerning the repairs or maintenance for the building.
My report is normally ready within 48 hours of the completion of the on-site inspection. As per the request of the client, some time may be required to complete test of certain components.
A standard house inspection will take up to 3 hours depending upon the size of the building and how many rooms are involved. All of the potential issues that I find in the building will be recorded and included in my report that will be provided to you for your information. The results of my inspection will be an aid to you, helping you to make a decision based upon the physical condition of the building.
